I still have an adrenalin high after watching Michael Phelps win his 8th gold medal tonight. I'm fired up and ready to hit the pool tomorrow. I plan on treading some water in honor of Phelps' historic achievement. Woo Hoo!
Also, Dara Torres is my new inspiration. This photo now hangs inside my fridge and is taped to my treadmill. Isn't she amazing?
