Our Weekend...

Jillian loves to create. Nothing makes her happier than some glue, crayons, cotton balls, paper clips, pipe cleaners, tape, paint, scissors, stickers and glitter. Her eyes lit up the room when I surprised her with a gingerbread house kit on Friday afternoon and she literally spent over two hours decorating her masterpiece while I parked it on the couch and enjoyed two gossip magazines & two cups of coffee. That was the best $9 I've spent in a long while. I'm seriously considering picking up a few more kits to have on hand this winter.
I then attempted to take a big sis/little sis photo.
I got several of these silly shots...

and these...
and finally this.

Lindsey and I took the girls to see The Nutcracker on Saturday afternoon. We had a BLAST and even managed to squeeze in a trip to Chili's & Target. I hated to see the day end.

Mary Margaret & Jillian.

Sunday night Jillian performed in the much anticipated Christmas play at our church. Each child was cast as either a Christmas-themed ornament or a "souvenir ornament". Jillian played the part of a rather un-Christmassy China doll and she didn't miss a beat. All of the children did a fantastic job under the direction of the multi-talented Chassey. She does a phenomenal job with the kids each year. Thanks for all your hard work Chassey!

Jillian & Griffin love the theatre (insert snooty accent).
