Jillian has taken great pride in letting her hair grow long for the past year, but we both agreed it was time for a major trim. I like her hair in a short little bob and she would love nothing more than to have her hair drag the floor, so imagine my haste to schedule a haircut appointment when she casually mentioned that she wanted...gasp...shoulder length hair. I think it looks precious and she wants her hair trimmed even shorter! It was also the perfect time to have the wispies trimmed off the ends of Sarah Martin's hair. Of course, Jillian is a pro, but I worried that Sarah Martin's first haircut would go over like a lead balloon, but not one tear was shed.

What else have we been up to?
We've been busy working on kindergarten art projects and homework.
Sarah Martin needed a personal copy of Mr. Turkey also.
And I have been crazy busy cleaning out every closet, drawer and piece of furniture in my house. I'm just as psycho about fall cleaning as I am about spring cleaning. I've also rearranged my living room furniture and I'm in the process of "podging" the twelve picture frames that now hang above the TV and new TV stand. I'll post pictures of my mass decrapification upon completion. Wish me luck.

The new hair cuts are great. I too wasn't sure what Taylor's reaction would be the first time. She enjoyed it and the 3 since then. You will find that Sarah Martin's hair will grow quicker now that she's had the first cut...at least that is what Taylor's did. I am aiming for a bob also just above the shoulders. The tough part begins now....letting the bangs grow!!!! Love seeing the girls and fast and beautiful they are growing. So when you are done cleaning and organizing your house do you want to come north and do mine???? I needs it!!!! Love to you all.
The girls new haircuts are precious. Sarah Martin is such a big girl! Tell Jilli I think her hair is beautiful! You will have to post pics of Mr Turkey. That is one of my all time favorite craft projects, I have Jase and Judd's tucked away somewhere. =)
And I can't wait to see the decrapification! LOL!
