Jason absolutely lives for this day! Today is the opening day of bow season, and he has just emailed a picture of himself sitting in his favorite tree stand. I don't fully understand his enthusiasm, but I love to see that twinkle in his eye when he talks about getting up at 3:30 a.m. in order to hunt in 32 degree weather.
"What about his back?" you ask. He is currently pain free and his doctor seems to think that his recent back injury was a muscle strain. His bulging disk and hernitaed disk are possibly former injuries.

Jason, I laughed until I hurt that you emailed a picture of yourself hunting. Technology is great. I hear often Johnny's regrets for EVER selling his bow and that he should GET another one. He takes my baby (Dakota 6 yr old) hunting now. Dakota has only ask his dad a zillion trillion times when will it be time to go deer hunting. I know you guys enjoy this sport.
